So occasionally while sleeping I’ll have acid reflux. If I’m lucky, I’ll catch myself and reflux over the side of the bed. I know that sounds gross, but far better to have a mess to clean up than to have it go into my lungs. Last night though when I got a towel to clean up, I saw I had vomited up grey goo. Gross. Can’t say I’ve ever seen that before and the internet, while providing cases, had few answers. ---

Raise the head of your bed at least 5 inches… Couple of books under the bed legs,blankets under the head end of mattress, pad under your shoulders… I have a hospital bed and I’ve not had an episode since I raised the head that much… Sleep on my side too.
