Thanks **ultress** for being so sweet honey. Because making fun of fried white hair and wife beater tanks makes me an elistist snob… I went to hang out with my friends who grew up to those bands. They were a tiny bit before my time. But the people watching was pretty fun! That and the contact high from all the mj. Oh well, what do you expect for an airhead anyway 🙂 Actually the concert was pretty fun but the sets were unimaginably cheesy (picture the sets from a prom band in the eighties). It surprised the heck out of me but it looked like the Smirnoff was sold out–amazing when you consider we had to pay $50 bucks a ticket for crappy seats, damn ticketmaster. ---

And in case you think I didn’t get into the spirit of things, I had on one of my Harley tank tops and cutoffs and got soused on a truckload of Old Milwaukee before/during and after the concert. Good times man, good times. ---

Can farts actualy make your pants expand. Although I’ve never spend any appreciable amount of time _staring_ at a butt in farting mode, it doesn’t make any sense to me. The gas is either going to pass through the cloth directly, or would need some sort of valve (i.e pulling of the waistband away from the skin) to release the pressure… ---

I was only being as sweet as you sugar, for downgrading a ‘mass’ of people as white trash when you have no idea of their background, social standing, etc. But then it’s probably ok cause you were in the crowd and must have fit in to some extent since they didn’t bother you. And well, as you say, what can you expect from an airhead anyway except more of the continuing same. You haven’t failed us yet. ---

Sure, I people watch, but when I come up with disparaging conclusions based on someone’s mode of dress, I try to keep it to myself because I know it’s the ugly side of myself that would sneer at someone for being of a certain, shall we say, social class. It’s just mean-spirited. People ought to be able to dress how they want and wear their hair how they want without my concerning myself. The farting, not so much. Then again, maybe my ire is up because I actually _like_ Journey. I couldn’t believe Tommy Shaw actually agreed to do this. Didn’t he claim to loathe what Styx became at the hands of Dennis DeYoung? And Didn’t Steve Perry, like Dennis DeYoung, fall out with their bands after leaving them for health reasons? I watched a lot of Behind the Music a few years ago.
