You can’t really do self tests. Ask someone how they pronounce a word and they’ll say it differently from how they do in normal speech.
You can if you know what you are doing. You just have to come up with a sentence or two that you would say naturally. Usually, that’s enough to get you into the natural rhythm so that you’ll say the words without thinking about them.
