**Rhode Island …**

1: … just a speed bump on the way to Cape Cod.

2 : … keep your smart remarks to yourself.

I would say “Welcome to Rhode Island. Please come again” but this is more true than you might believe. There is currently a bill in the legislature to create a welcome center on the _northbound_ side of I-295, not 3 miles away from the Massachussetts border.
