Is it my imagination or was the publicity about this 3-cent increase not quite as loud as in years prior? I’m with galen on “raise it to a nice, round number and leave it there a few years”.
And yes, I am also getting bored at the USPS first-class stamp designs (And no, USPS, the “love” stamps are NOT a welcome alternative). They need to hire some creative minds.
