Check your coherency yourself. Just look at this goddamn paragraph - the spacing and the punctuation are all haywire. You’ve been politely asked to do this a number of times.
This kind of pathetic crap just makes it look like you don’t care about actually communicating with other posters. Why not just scribble your rubbish on a notepad or a set of rolling papers? It’ll be just as convincing and just as much of a contribution to rational discourse.

Ah, well, there’s the problem then. _Great Debates_ is not generally used as a facility for the reposting of news stories that any interested party can easily fin for themselves; it’s a place where people can, you know, debate stuff. I really don’t think that your premise, which apparently consists of the banal statement “there is corruption in Iraq and corruption is bad”, is very controversial, or likely to inspire much in the way of spirited debate. What little content your OP has seems to be more rant rather than an honest request for debate, so it seems to me perfectly correct that the Mods would have moved it here.
At this point, the revelation that there may be incompetence or corruption in elements of the current administration are not likely to be much of a surprise to anyone who follows the news. If you have a particular point to make, by all means make it, but I haven’t heard one as yet.

As usual, I have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about. As a law clerk, I’m at the bottom end of the Aussie legal profession. My stunning good looks, oodles of wealth and movie star girlfriends do rival Mr Peck though.

All right. I’ll elaborate a bit.
Your style of OP is counterproductive. You have been reported numerous times for having “posted drunk” or having posted “incoherence.” A number of people have complained that your OPs simply do not make any sense (or that they waste an entire page filled with gibbersih before finally throwing out a single line that usually translates to “I don’t like the current adminstration and you should not either.”).
As a Mod, I do not feel that it is my place to correct and edit every poorly written OP that shows up in the Forum. (Leaving aside that we are prohibited from actually changing text.) I do not even think that I have either the responsibility or the right to jump into every thread and tell you where you are going wrong. On the other hand, you have now reached a point where your gibbersih is so prevalent that it is leading to a lot more reported threads. In each case, I have to go open it up, recognize that , Yes, it is an embarrassing effort but No, it is not a violation of any specific rule. When the TM begin reporting every thread you initiate, (and it is not simply one poster who seems to hate you), the likelihood is that you are treading on the line that delineates jerks. Since this is a left-leaning board that is generally hostile to President Bush, the fact that you are evoking so many hostile responses is a pretty good indicator that you are not doing yourself any favors with your current style.

oddly enough, Paul Bremer is preternaturally boyish (for a Satrap…) and you CAN sort of envision him surrounded by these bricks of bills, which I guess I might have seen in movies where they have those counting machines, and they all talk colombian…voila. picaresque.

thanks–I was trying to parse “TM”–To be frank, (probably no surprise), I lose little sleep over my public persona, and get adequete negative feedback to my face (I figure)–is there some other place besides the pit where this sort of data accumulates, or do the mods just get my hate mail for me?..What I mean is , by Teeming Millions, other than the generic reference, ought I be acquainted with alaric specific data I have ignored?
