# removing Corel Paint Shop PhotoPro 3

I tried to use Add/ Remove programs to get Corel Paint Shop Photo Pro 3 off my computer, but couldn’t get it to remove, it said that it couldn’t be removed because the file was corrupted! I didn’t register it at the time because I decided not to use it as it slowed down my computer too much. any dopers have this problem and how do I get rid of it? Many thanks I cannot understand why a new program could be corrupted, Since i wasn’t yet registered it won’t let me in the email either.

Try reinstalling it over itself. Then try to uninstall the whole shebang.

You might want to try [Revo Uninstaller](http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/revo-uninstaller/revouninstaller.html) to uninstall it after you do a reinstall. In fact it’s a good idea to use Revo Uninstaller for all uninstalls. It’s a free program. There’s a paid version but it’s not that much better, the free one is fine
