I know it’s dumb, but from [Wikipedia](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reno_911) it looks like it might be Lt. Dangle. Maybe it hasn’t been revealed yet. ---

Basically, no. Since the baby is written out by the end of the episode, I think they’re going to leave it unsolved.
