There’s a way, way outside chance that we may be in the area this weekend - depending upon hubby’s job interview tomorrow. _If_ we have to come to Baltimore for his plant tour and _if_ I can convince him that you’re not a bunch of psycho-weirdo-freak-nutcases [sub]no offense[/sub] I would dearly love to attend the festivities. I should know something tomorrow evening, so this is a possible early warning. How’s that for a non-committal post? 😃 ---

Very vague. I would love to have you. There will be some non-Doper people here as well, if that helps any. Tell 'im the honeysuckle is blooming and we’re right on the river. I have a turtle in a bucket, if that will help. ---

ooooooooooo, a turtle??? As I write this, he’s awaiting a phone call about the interview. Man - a new job and a DopeFest all in one weekend?!? Dare I hope?? I promise to let you know as soon as I find out anything. ---

I know where I’m not wanted. I’ll just be over here in the corner, crying my eyes out and swigging from a bottle of cheap paint thinner. ::weeps inconsolably:: ---

His interview tomorrow is 5PM. He’s psyched… And if they make him the offer, the next question is when they’ll want to schedule the plant trip. Lucky for us, my folks live in Harford County, so we’ll be close AND have a free bed for our stay! Ah, former squids - there’s a selling point! 😃 ---

Hey, **Neidhart** , not a problem:) You still living where you were for **Jonathan Chance** ’s shindig? I think I could fall out of my car and I’d be halfway to your place:D ---

Liquor. We didn’t mention that, but it’s pretty much a BYOB thing. We have all kindsa hooch around, which neither of us drink, so we may be able to provide some, but we’d need mixer for it. ---

She’s still out west. If I can remember, I’ve got a couple of comfy lawn chairs that I could bring. ---

Is there anything that you’d like me to bring? Something that I could buy I mean, not something that I’d have to make. ---

I’ll see if some of my (non-folding) plastic lawn chairs will fit into the trunk. Also, I have a croquet set I can bring if anyone’s interested. (It’ll just be me; the missus won’t be able to make it.) ---

I know I’m late to this party, but I definitely plan to attend. Is there anything you folks still need to be brought (not made…my idea of cooking is putting water on for Kraft Macaroni & Cheese)? jayjay ---

Interview went great… discussion of plant trip pushed to Thursday. Methinks getting there in time on Sat is becoming unlikely, but I’ve not given up hope.
