He doesn’t know how. I saw it, sorta kinda, a facial tic that mimics the one used by people who are joking. We monkeys are real big on that stuff, more of our brain works on what faces and postures signify than the words being said. His monkey face message isn’t “I’m pulling your leg, here”, its “I am done speaking for the moment, you may now gasp in wonder.” Perhaps the next generation of implantable chips will overcome that. ---
