Let’s talk about rock-n-roll/pop acts who are vocal (or at least not very secretive) about their left-leaning political views. There’s

[ul]
[li]Phish[/li][li]Rage Against the Machine[/li][li]Bruce Springsteen[/li][li]REM[/li][/ul]

NOW let’s look at acts who are vocal about their right-leaning political views. Excluding Neo-Nazi shitheads we have…

Ted Nugent.
That’s it.

At least, that’s how _ **I** _ see it.

So can anyone name a rock-n-roll/pop act who is vocal (or not very secretive) about their Republican-leaning political views? Does Ricky Martin, by virtue of having performed at W’s innaugural, count?

Kid Rock, wearing a fat fur coat at last years Grammys, talking about drinking Bud and shooting animals. What a guy.

Elvis Presley (the stoned hypocrite).

Gary Numan (y’know, of early 1980s new wave “Cars” fame) is a very vocal Conservative supporter. Different country, but same idea.
