You do know that Ohio Sec. of State Ken Blackwell (R) agreed with Judge Susan Dlott’s (D) decision stopping the Republican challenges to Ohio voters, yes? On the basis that it was jamming up the works and might wind up disenfranchising tens of thousands of voters?
