Bush is a facist because he hired Ashcroft.
Ashcroft is a facist because he is largely behind the patriot act.
The patriot act is facist because, well, ahh, err, IT JUST IS!

Some facts to back up your wild accusations would be nice. The only thing I’ve seen in this thread so far is the new wiretap rules which I don’t see any problem with. Unless someone can come up with a few good reasons, all I see is anti-Bush people complaining with no substance to these facist claims.
