Virginia Republican Governor Glenn Youngkin has adopted a policy regarding LGBT students that’s ludicrously called “Ensuring Privacy, Dignity, and Respect,” which includes things like, oh, I don’t know, _outing trans students to their parents._ But a lot of school boards in Hampton Roads aren’t having it.
