# Rescuing cats from trees

Here in Helsinki, Finland we have an animal rescue section in Helsinki City Rescue Department. (A trivia question in Helsinki goes like this. Q: How many firestations there are in Helsinki? A; None, they are all rescuestations.)

The code for the vehicle the Animal Rescue uses is PULU-1. ‘Pulu’ is local slang for a city pigeon.

They do work both on wildlife and domestic animals.
