Looks interesting, although I haven’t read the linked article yet (I came across it through another media source). A cemetery was discovered in Maryland and those buried there were found to be slaves. DNA research has allowed the identification of their descendants in unprecedented detail. I was wondering at first why’d they bury the descendants of slaves in Maryland. 😄 ---

Same thought. Confusion about who had been buried could be avoided if reworded to ‘Descendants of 27 slaves buried in Maryland alive’. ---
