I’m so ashamed. I caved. I bought a Bluetooth. ☹ Please don’t pit me. I killed my cellphone about 4 months ago. It was a nice simple LG. No camera, no e-mail or any of that other crap. I spilled a whole bottle of Powerade on it. I finally have enough money to replace it (I cancelled my insurance less than 1 week before the Powerade incident :smack: ). Anyway, I bought a Razr. I figured that if having to pay full price for a new phone means that my basic phone will cost me over $150, I may as well break down and join the current millenium for only $200. So, my phone has e-mail, camera, music, ringback (my favorite feature actually), and probably lots of other things I haven’t even discovered yet. I was going to get a normal, boring headset. Then I remembered that I hate driving with them because I get caught in the cord. I will not talk on my phone while driving if I don’t have a headset. So, I broke down and joined the Collective. My mom is thrilled. I think she’s more excited than I am. I bought a couple of songs for her benefit. Now, when she calls me, instead of listening to ringing, she can listen to Eine kleine Nachtmusik, Toccata in D Minor, or Symphony No. 40 in G. Minor. Oh, and George Carlin talking about Things You Don’t Want to Hear. 😃 But, she’s also happy about the Bluetooth because she knows I wont pay $30 for something I wont use. So, she can be confident that I’m not driving unsafely. I promise, I will not walk around with it all the time. I promise that I will only use it in the house, if I’m cleaning and talking on the phone at the same time. Or, while I’m in my car (driving). ---

You know, Bluetooth technology is used much more extensively than just wireless headsets for cellphones. You could have at least said “I bought a Jabra”. ---

When it comes to MP3 players, it’s Creative Labs only for me. **Pizzabrat,** I didn’t think I needed to specify. Whenever anyone bitches about anything Bluetooth, it seems to be about the annoying little headsets. Sorry for the confusion. I have to say, despite the fact that I’m slightly embarrased to own one, I still wish my home phone was Bluetooth capable. I’ve spent over an hour this morning on the phone with various creditors and my neck hurts.
