I’ve had an eye tick before. I did extensive research and found… The only thing to do is wait it out. Sigh. Isn’t it annoying? Thanks, **Rue**. I know lots of poetry, all by other people. In fact, Second-Best Man (Intellectual Husband) has been bragging to his fiancee about how much poetry I’ve got memorised. So right now I’m frantically making sure that I still have all sorts of poetry memorised. Because otherwise it would be embarrassing. Isn’t it annoying when your friends make grandiose claims about you to people you’ve never met? And then you have to try to live up to them. Incidentally, my MIL is coming for a spontaneous visit today. Maybe she’ll bring wine. ---

I thunk up some more while in the shower and danged if I ain’t agonna use 'em. **S** is for **Shibboleth** who faked his own death. But alas for him, his wife, on a whim, put cyanide in his brew, and made it come true. **R** is for **Regallag** a violent lad. he led a murderous life, with actions untoward, 'til he messed with the wife, of a man with a sword. **R** is also for **Rue** a man strong and true, 'til he was chucked in a stew by a hot kangaroo. (they don’t have to make sense.) **E** is for **Exgineer** done in by his Wifey Dear. Who didn’t want him to try, to lick her left eye. I got nothin else, except I’m going to an auction today, so I’ll talk to you next week. (You’ve been warned) : ominous smilie: ---

**Tuppy** I suggest an entire weekend of leisure. That’s the only way to cure an eye tik (or is that tic?). You should lie around in your favorite lyin’ around in outfit and be waited on hand and foot. You should get ice cream, your favorite beverages, and whatever else you need brought to you while you recuperate. Yep. That’s the only thing that will cure ya. Oh, and you get to hold the remote **all** weekend. Also, you get a little bell to ring, to summons someone whenever you have a need. ---

Well, of course it’s **tic**. :smack: **swampy** , I just sent your post to Mr. Anachi. I can hear him laughing from here. ☹ In his defense, when I am really under the weather, he is very good about taking care of me, except for the remote part. Good thing we have several TVs in the house so that nobody need feel deprived. ---
