These are the three films (_Olympus_, _London_, and _Angel Has Fallen_, starring Gerald Butler and Morgan Freeman, as well as Aaron Eckhart and (briefly) Ashley Judd. They’re silly, jingoistic, and full of tripe, worn-out tropes and nonsense. Damned fun to mock, though. ---

You might say that, but compared to White House Down, Olympus has Fallen is like Die Hard. WHD has about ten terrorists run up to the white house, and kill all the secret service who all run towards them pointing to shoot them in the chest. After that it gets even worse. ---

The second one had some genuinely unfinished cgi planes and helicopters in the final cut. A movie they clearly had to release no matter its final state. ---

All three were Michael Caine in Jaws 4 type movies for Morgan Freeman: Terrible but profitable! ---

Freeman is in all three? Yeesh. Yeah, Morgan, take the money! Cash those checks. I’m not being sarcastic. I’d do these movies, too. Heck, I’d be in Critters 5 if the paid me. ---

These movies were great, IMHO. Fluff of course, but all action movies basically are just that.
