They weren’t sectional sofas. They were his restaurant booths. ---

That sounds funny. Too bad I couldn’t see it. My favorite couch sequence is the one where they run and sit on the couch. It then zooms out so you see the house, then the city, then the country, the world, the solar system (passing Kang and Kodos), the galaxy. Then it’s so far out that galaxies are points of light, which turn into atoms. It continues to zoom out so you see molecules, then tissues, then skin very, very close, then Homer’s head, and it finally ends where it started. And Homer says “Wow” or something like that. ---
