Mine has proved a bit opaque. I’ve tried rewording it; I think the changes make it slightly more accurate. A priest rescues a disgraced nobleman from durance vile. Together, they inspire a native people to wicked rebellion against the laws of their appointed masters. The authorities have to resort to _force majeure_ to restore law and order. (The film was released in 1986.) ---
