# Revisiting Suarez's handball in the 2010 World Cup

[In this video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tDpx9GGH79I), at the 3:27 mark, it can clearly be seen that two Uruguayan defenders are trying to use their hands to prevent a Ghanan goal. Only Suarez actually touches the ball, but the other Uruguayan, Jorge Fucile, sure is trying.

Could the ref have also ejected Fucile for handballing “intent?”

What if the ball touched both Fucile and Suarez’s hands, do both get ejected?
