Well, that’s a relief but at the very least this should lose him… the vegans, anyway. … Damn… at this pace by the time the September debate rolls around we’re going to have allegations and pictures that are going to make us long for the more civilized times when people were publicly embarrassed for things like video in blackface or online dick pics or driving around DC naked on Ambien or blasting your lawyer in the face with a shotgun. ---

So sexual assault is okay if you’re not a church boy? And who is he trying to kid calling himself a boy at his age, now or at the time of the sexual assault. Cooney told Reuters on Tuesday that the details in the Vanity Fair article on the assault were accurate. When asked about the allegation, Kennedy told a podcast on Tuesday, “I am not a church boy.” “I had a very, very rambunctious youth,” he told podcaster Saagar Enjeti. “I said in my announcement speech that I have so many skeletons in my closet that if they could all vote, I could run for king of the world.” That’s a lot of fucking skeletons. ---

RFK Jr. is, no doubt, aware that for many Trump fans, the numerous allegations of committing sexual assault are considered a positive. They _admire_ him for assaulting women. I’m guessing that RFK Jr. would like to turn some of that admiration on himself. ---

Video of a call between Jr. and Trump was leaked by the RFK camp. Trump called him Sunday to try to wheel and deal, offering him a position in his administration if he endorses Trump. He starts by buttering him up with anti-vax nonsense and ends by sharing what he and Biden talked about when Biden called him after the shooting. RFK says he is mortified by the leak. Guess we will see if he takes Trump up on his offer. In case there was any lingering doubt about how scummy a person RFK Jr. is, it’s being reported that he tried to negotiate with Trump, [hoping to get an administration job in return for his endorsement](https://newrepublic.com/post/184113/rfk-jr-scheme-trump-call-endorsement).
