Can I get your opinions about something without starting a new thread? One of my longtime friends has posted a criticism on FB about how the DNC is spending millions in court to bump Kennedy off the ballot, and how wrong that is and how it goes against the will of the voters. Some quick googling seems to say that this all predates the Biden withdrawal, and that the Kennedy campaign may have cheated their way onto the ballot in the first place. Regardless of who’s ultimately right, on the legal question, am I missing something? ---
