Whee, 100.0! I’m from southeastern Wisconsin and did most of my driving there, with some fun and educational trips into the Chicagoland area and a summer spent driving in Baltimore. Now I drive an extremely unreliable vehicle with no power steering in Ottawa, a city that makes far too much use of [this sign](http://www.mto.gov.on.ca/english/dandv/driver/handbook/image/regulatory/no_through.gif). (translation: the road you’re on keeps going in this direction… _but you can’t_. So go drive around in circles until you can make a left turn onto it or something.) ---

I said ‘pull off the pavement’. They probably think it’s park in the right lane. Driving 2 lane mountain roads 99% of the time, you do not want to park in the right lane. You get off the road. Plain and simple. It’s really a poorly worded question. ---
