Lots of posters above, including [del]OP[/del] **Skald the Rhymer** are questioning what emotional damage may result if, for example, she dumps him after a short while. But for someone nerdy like that, he has to make his cost/benefit prediction analysis as best he can with the available data he has. If he turns this down, will be be even worse off for being alone, love-starved, and sex-starved for the rest of his life? How otherwise-hopeless is the guy?
