Did anyone else catch Rich Vos’s standup special on Comedy Central on Friday night? Whatever happened to Dat Phan? I guess it goes to show that the people in charge aren’t completely clueless. Maybe Dave will get a special too. ---

I’m pretty sure that that was an old special. Rich Vos has been around a while. ---

Yeah, when several of the Last Comic Standing losers turned up on _Tough Crowd_, Colin’s digs at Vos and comments during the Untouchables spoof segment gave the impression they had known each other for a while. Besides CC would have advertised the hell out of it if it was new. ---

Vos had appeared on _Tough Crowd_ at least once, maybe a few times before LCS premiered. TV Tome says he was on there last December. But I’m sure he’s known Colin for years what with both of them being long time east coast comedians. ---

Khadaji is right, that was an older special. In fact, it caused some people to wonder what Vos was doing on the show, since one of the prizes was a Comedy Central special, which he already had! ---

They might know each other from even earlier than this, but they were both common guests (Vos more than Quinn) on Opie and Anthony’s sorely missed talk radio show on 102.7 in NY. In fact, many of CQ’s guests on _Tough Crowd_ he probably met on O&A. Jim Norton was always on O&A, (and was always making fun of Vos). Lewis Black and Denis Leary were also friends of the show. As well as the rest of the cast of Leary’s show, _The Job_. ---

When Vos next gets a special, and while I don’t particularly like his humor I’m fairly certain he will, I sure he’ll have a long bit on the other people in the house, especially Dat.
