I have to say as a former resident of Florida, that I wasn’t all that impressed with the size of the cockroach. I have no idea about his personality, though. He may be a really nice pet.

They got that catfish in _Spain_? Who knew there were catfish to grapple in Spain? I shall alert my hillbilly kinfolk to get their passports in order!
Actually the rabbit is the one that boggles me. What the hell are they feeding that mutant?

That breed of rabbit is certainly big but that photo is a bit misleading. Here is a [video](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iVswPKP-uso) that shows some of them from different perspectives. Over here that guy, his rabbits and his North Korean business were very popular material for slow news days for a while.

It wouldn’t be hard for that one to have been photoshopped a bit - no part of the handler is in front of the rabbit, no obvious shadows…
OTOH, those are clearly Big Bunnies. 23 pounds … 10 kilos - that’s about the size of a one-year-old child. Yikes! You could fit three of my cat inside that, and still have space left over.

That rabbit is still _waaaaayyy_ bigger than anything I’ve ever seen on this side of the pond. My sleep may be disturbed for a few nights by visions of angry giant bunnies.

There are bigger catfish here in Tennessee. Visit the Tennessee State Aquarium in Chattanooga, & ask.

Well sure, but grappling catfish in the muddy backwater of Chickamauga Creek just doesn’t hold the same romance as wading in after them in the shadow of a Spanish castle.

I feel that 4 feet on a cat’s legs are not excessive.
I could even support an experiment with 6 feet, if the moggie had the legs for it.
But I draw the line at 7 or more feet.

You misunderstand. I was expressing my disgust at a cat with 144 feet. Or maybe one that measures 144 feet around!
