I have been trying to sell my timeshare for a few years now and have been scammed by a few companies that that promised me they have a buyer i just needed to pay a transfer/paperwork fee. No contact from the companies after paying them that fee. Those companies are now out of business and I cant even find a record of them on the internet. :mad: Recently I ran across a company (Right Choice Transfer) that has been telling me that I got scammed by those companies because there is no re-sale market in the timeshare industry and my timeshare is not an asset and has no value. :eek:šŸ˜• Is this true??? What is going on in the timeshare industry? They told me they can guarantee me out of my timeshare so I will not be liable for the maintenance fees. Are they scamming me as well? Has anyone been able to sell their timeshare? ---

It is now over 3 YEARS since I contracted with [Timeshare Relief](http://www.timesharescam.com/blog/174-timeshare-relief/) to transfer my properties and they are still not complete and nobody will call back or provide answers to questions. I call and wait on hold to finally speak with a customer rep who tells me that my transfer is in the ā€œfinal stageā€ ā€“ yet when I call Wyndham, they state that they havenā€™t received any documents at all. When I question the customer rep, they transfer me to a voice mailbox with no name, no number and nobody ever returns my phone calls. ---

How much have you paid them so far, and are you still giving them money?
