Who was talking about _sales?_ Just you, is all. I was talking about something much more important, that is, musicians (and all the other artists) having the freedom to express themselves as they would, without fear of legal and political sanctions being imposed on them. It remains that the PMRC was intended to silence and punish those musicians for saying things that Mrs Gore and her covey of conservative congresswives didn’t like or understand.

That it didn’t work out the way they wanted it to is just one of life’s delicious ironies.

And your _soi disant_ “political wisdom and facts” are utterly corrupt and poisonous and need to be demolished; they were designed and brought about by politicians and wealthy capitalists to serve themselves, squash dissent, and keep the status quo in place.
