Rubbish. If I park in my garage, I could be up, showering and getting ready, and never know the car is missing until I walk into the garage to get in it. Same for being parked a few houses down. Do you get up and check on your car prior to starting your day?
And to all the things in an earlier post. The answer is simple. Pay your bill, and the car won’t be disabled/repoed.
