There are no words that can be said at how much he will be missed. I guess all I can wish for is that this is some twisted joke. but a day has passed and there has been no news saying this is false. RIP Auto ---

Oh goodness. I was in such a happy mood as I read about Obama’s election victory. And I get on the SDMB and read this? W T F??? "Oh Auto. As a fellow American in Japan, R.I.P. buddy. I always said I’d treat you to a drink if you made it down to Tokyo. Still owe you one…and much more. " I never met Autolycus but PM’d with him at times about life in Japan. Based on his member information and pics posted on links. I found what I believe is his FB and a video of him on [YouTube](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gtO4DGmgM1Q). ---

Not sure if this has already been mentioned and if it has, apologies, but… **tdn** , if you think it’s appropriate at some time you might make his parents aware of this thread just so they can read some of the comments and have a better sense of just how many people their son touched and to what degree. It’s telling and it’s moving. ---
