RIP Betty White. A true entertainment icon and television pioneer with a good heart, strong work ethic, and razor-sharp wit. She was such a presence in my (and probably your) television-viewing life, I feel like I lost a family member with her passing. The lady was a pro. The world would be a better place with more people like Betty White. ---

2021 was a rough year for the MTM cast. I knew the other actors had died, but didn’t connect them all to one year. Mary died at 80 on January 25, 2017.
