One of the greatest blues/soul singers of all time, Mr. Bobby “Blue” Bland, has passed at age 83. ☹

And a few of my favorite tunes:

[Too Far Gone (To Turn Around)](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nGmV7z3YBY8)

[Poverty](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JT8tnKk35ho)

[That’s the Way Love Is](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O9xpKfqpfhw)

“Farther Up the Road”, “Turn On Your Love Light”, “I’ll Take Care of You”, “Cry Cry Cry”, “I’ll Take Care of You”, “I Pity the Fool”, etc. Wish I would have seen him live ☹

A great one passes. I had a version of him covering (what I consider to be T-Bone Walker’s tune) _Call it Stormy Monday_ that I loved.
