My brother-in-law grew up and knew Justin Wilson. Quite often during the last fifteen years I have heard many a tale and tasted many a “Justin” recipe from him.

My family is heartbroken. The world has lost a “shoah-nuff gennlman” and Cajun chef, to boot.

RIP, Mr. Wilson…and thanks for the shrimps…

Although I haven’t seen a Justin Wilson show in years, my kitchen still resonates with the sound of “un-yons” “gay-ron-teed”. His spirit still lives 🙂

If it weren’t for Justin Wilson, I might possibly never have known that it’s possible to deep-fry a whole turkey.

I still use “wondermous” and “beautimous” on a constant basis. RIP, Mr. Wilson…
