I really have to say I’m almost impressed at the depth of ignorance re mainstream liability issues and appropriate professional conduct on the part of school administrators. mlees, I agree with you - about 90% of the cases I hear about that the ACLU takes make me do this :rolleyes:. But for that other 10% I support them when I can, and will continue to be glad that they’re out there.
