I’m gonna say it was the Dad who hatched this brilliant plan, but I’ll go ahead and give credit to the kid for quarterbacking the situation like a seasoned pro. He got some short lived notoriety and some cool gizmos out of this so hats off to the family. On a side note, these crowdfunding scams are becoming a pretty good way to score substantial loot from idiots. The black waitress who forged the racist note was a classic. Then a lesbian waitress spun it to her advantage as well. I can’t wait to see more gofraudme stories in the media. This shit is pathetic but also strangely entertaining at the same time. ---
