And that the other officers were complacent in the cover up. Not that I have no doubt, I wouldn’t convict off one article.

I agree with marshmallow - this is the stuff of nightmares, not jokes.

Complacent? Did you mean complicit?

I think the only one who was actively involved was the partner. No way he didn’t know what was going to happen. The rest were just obscenely negligent.
