Lunch!!! Maybe it’ll help me wake up… The boss seems a tad perturbed that I did my last task so fast - except it was identical to 4 I’d already done: remove some parts from the model, update the parts list and the drawings. Not exactly rocket surgery. And I did take my time and surf a little - I don’t know how else to drag out these silly little jobs. And I’ve still got 4 hours to go… _\_ ---

I am a world champion sleeper. If it’s ever an Olympic event? Gold medal for me! I just wish my family would let me practice more. The Boy just got home from errands - dropped off the power bill, mailed the car inspection paperwork, deposited a scholarship check. Made sure to bring home a lollipop for the Littlest Miss. Made her day and mine. ---

I ran to the bank in scenic Huntington to get some cash for tolls, then stopped at Mama Sbaros for lunch(I’m in New York, I should try to eat something Italian-ish). Now to go hang out for a bit with the Peeps. ---

Mama Sbarro’s is more “ish” than Italian. You should have said something yesterday. Tons of good real _Italian_ near me. ---

I’ve decided to watch _Miss Marple_, even though I saw the ending last night and know who-done-it. I very seldom just sit and watch TV. **Swampy** , I am also going to ignore the sump’n to do indoors today. ---

Iffn you had posted asking for recommendations before lunch, I would have suggested Cafe Testarossa just down the road in Syosset; it’s where Joey Buttafucco had “release party” (or maybe it was his going away party?) ---

I’ve had quality cee-mint pond time and have ordered the majik intartoobz pizza. It will show up at the pick up place at four thirty so by the time I get there and back OYKW will be at da cave and then we eat. I’s kinda hongry. That is all. ---

My lunch pizza was of the decidedly non magical or intertubular sort. I needed to visit an actual ATM to do something yesterday, and Little Sleazy’s was right next to the ATM. Just waiting for certain family members to notice my big posting on Facebook and the new profile pic featuring my new look. Writing about (and then publishing to the world!) one’s soul-searching is in interesting experience. ---

All that publicized nose- and soul-baring has left me hungry, but not in much mood to cook. However, since SSA still hasn’t coughed up the dough from DH’s disability, I’m not exactly set for a sumptuous repast. I have at least written to my congresscritter to see if they can poke SSA with a sharp stick. Sri Lankan spiders would be a bonus, but I’ll settle for anything they can do to speed up the process. eta: Yodel? There are days where my thoughts drift to high spots and sniper rifles, perhaps to pick off the yodeler. :eek: ---
