It got me through those days and, unlike most books that I read traveling, I kept that one. ---

Just want to say I read The Best of Roald Dahl. Very enjoyable. Itā€™s a keeper to pull out in a couple of years and reread. šŸ™‚ ---

I love his short stories, and I also love the childrenā€™s book _Danny, the Champion of the World_. I liked it better than either of the ā€œCharlieā€ books. I must have read it six or seven times when I was a kid. ---

I was a huge Roald Dahl fan as a kid. When I got into my teen years and started reading his short stories, I better understood why I liked the kids books so well.
