At age 62, of cancer and complications from AIDS.

Free was a great band - Paul Kossoff was the guitarist, who died of a drug overdose way too early and led to Paul Rodgers forming Bad Company. Now they are pretty much remembered for the song All Right Now - great song, but so much more.

Come to think of it, “All Right Now” is the only song I know by Free.

Paul Rogers certainly had some good pipes in the day.
