Again I don’t know the details, so I am curious to ask why you uncritically accept this claim as true? ---

The girl in question is [Pele Massa](http://www.thefrisky.com/photos/9-infamous-cases-where-adults-fell-for-underage-teens/underage-ted-nugent-jpg/), a 17-year-old Hawaiian in 1978 when she began her relationship with Nugent. Or is there another girl who was actually 16? ---

So we’re supposed to believe that Ted Nugent \*wasn’t \*a horn-dog for teeny-boppers through most of the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s because there aren’t marriage records to back them up? Come on, the Nuge has seen more teenaged pussy than a veterinarian. That falls into the same category of Water is Wet and Birds Fly and things like that. ---

Well if Metal Sludge got the age wrong but the time period of pre-marital relations correct (two years), he’d still be in the period for statutory rape. ---

That time period had looser age-of-consent laws than we see today, as a general rule. I am sure Nugent’s road crew weren’t scrupulously checking IDs at the stage door, but that’s not to say he’s a pedophile or a serial statutory rapist, is it? ---
