I just noticed the little tricycle van parked by the entrance ramp. What a great detail—inconspicuous at first, but it definitely adds to the overall impression of the scene! Where did it come from? ---

Where did it come from? The same goes for the weathering and rust stains on the terminal. At first I thought “Hmmmm, kind of a sloppy paint job”; then I caught myself and said “Oh, no. Can’t be that. No way!” ---

I see something new each time I look at the photos: The multiple wheels in the landing gear, the crystal navigation and landing lights, the little boy skipping toward the ramp. ---

It was a lovely little white-metal casting. (The Brits have all the best stuff 🙂 ) The windows were open; I blocked them off to match the style of the other vehicles. ---

I’d probably be more patient now, but I think I’d also be more ambitious and exacting, so it would be a wash.
