Wheels West- It was just on the other side of the park from my house. It was THE place to go in Great Falls. My parents went there as teenagers and my sister went there in her early teens. I’d go too when I was little. I remember having Andy Capp " spicy cheese crisps" for the first time… I knew Andy Capp from the sunday comic section. They burned my mouth.
I remember there was this little shack built over in the corner of the rink. It was basically a make-out nook. I remember when they tore it down. Teenage boys all over town cried.
I remember one end of the rink had a pretty steep bank. Almost like a half-pipe.
