I’m wondering about a near-future where someone says they’re going to post online or in public a statement saying they’ll slit he throats of all politicians / Muslims / Jews and when deplatformed or arrested, demand the same protections that DeSantis and Trump are enjoying. I don’t think it will go well for them, but shows how the double standards and normalization of such behavior keep getting more extreme.

According to Ron DeSantis and other Republicans, Harris runs the country. According to them she is pretty much responsible for everything that happened this term.

Ka-MAAAAAAA-luh Harris is singlehandedly responsible for every executive and legislative action that has occured since January 20, 2021, seeing as Joe Biden is a decrepit old monkey skeleton who doesn’t know he’s alive (when he’s not busy running his international crime syndicate, that is) and the only reason the Deep State™ got him elected was so (((they))) could control him via her.

TBF the usual expectation is for the call to the governor of a state in a major crisis offering aid and asking what do you need to come from POTUS, so Ronnie Dee may have felt especially peevish about “only” rating the Veep. Sad.
Because they deserve aid and support because of being Better People, Real Americans, etc. and federal assistance is intended to be available for THEM, no need to make it open to all comers. It’s not “welfare” it’s what’s rightfully theirs.
Not saying that they don’t deserve the help. Just saying this is them being their usual hypocritical selves (on account of not supporting, or outright throwing a fit when others are in need of aid).
The point is they believe only THEY deserve it. So they refuse to approve funding that may be used by others.
