If I simply had to do something more, I’d call and be the squeaky wheel. Climb the ladder, as high as you can, (take names), and do your best outraged and appalled, (get it all out your system, but don’t really get mad!), finish up with something really dramatic, like: “I am done trying to work this out with you people, my father is a lawyer and I’m taking him up on his offer to look after it for me. Good day sir!” It may not work, but I bet it’d get it all out of your system and make the ‘moving on’, perhaps, a little easier.
