IIRC, that clip is from _Summer Stock_, an extremely uneven Judy Garland vehicle. Not one I’ve bothered to watch more than once. ---

I opened the link, watched about the first quarter of it, and thought, “What’s the big deal, it’s just some ladies dancing”, and closed it. Then I read the rest of the replies, realized I was missing something, and watched the rest. Oh, my. I have to wonder about the safety precautions, though… That bit with the hayloft seemed rather dangerous, but I couldn’t see any way a spotter could catch her if she fell, without breaking her neck. ---
