# Rotate a .wmv file

Anyone know how I do this? I have XP, I can’t seem to find anything bundled with XP that does it. Yet I have it in the back of my mind that I did find, in some obscure corner somewhere, some little utility that did it.

The OP makes more sense if you insert the word “currently” after “can’t” in the second sentence.

Rotate? what about reverse? as in the sound recorder? under entertainment?
