istaral you should be able to vote for only one choice. Several people have said in the “test poll” thread in ATMB that they selected only one of the options. ---

I thought it might be interesting to have a round up of the current positions. As it is right now, the following would go through: ```auto Those going through as winners of the poll Poll 1: Sherlock (146) Poll 2: Uhoh (111) Poll 3: Smashie (194) Poll 4: Smack (223) Poll 5: Hijack (168) Those going through as highest placed losers (Poll 5:) Dubious (160) (Poll 5:) Foil (151) (Poll 4:) Cecil (130) (Poll 3:) Whoosh (128) Those just bubbling under, that could come into highest-loser status (Poll 1:) Evil (125) (Poll 1:) Yuk (124) Other smilies that could conceivably come through (Poll 2:) Nerd (97) (Poll 2:) Barf (95) These two smilies are losing in poll 2 to Uhoh with 111. ``` IMHO seems to be the place to discuss the actual pros and cons of the smilies, not here. But on a personal note, I’m glad to see that smashie is _not_ the most popular! pan ---

So at the end of all this [Christopher Lambert] Can there be only one? [/Bad French Actor] Will only one smiley become part of the pantheon of greats? Seems to me that letting the top three or maybe the top five join the club would make all this voting nonsense worth it. ---
