Recently, there were [debates](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=457857) about Prince Harry serving in Afghanistan. Tonight on ABC there will be the ultimate reality show hosted by Barbara Walters. I am a casual viewer of most of the shows (Karashians, Snoop Dogg, Hulk Hogan, Simmons, et al) but I will carefully watch tonight. I wonder if they’ll show the Queen talking on the telephone. And then there’s Camilla and Prince Charles. On another note, I wonder how Prince William and Prince Harry are balancing their duties and life. Here’s to the ultimate family reality show! ---

The funniest thing about this (for me) is the upbeat, nautical-sounding music in the promos. Apparently, Queen Elizabeth is a pirate. ---

Ok. Well, there were a few things I did notice. The Queen glared, apparently, at the cameraman. Then there was a moment when the Duke (the Queen’s consort) was listening to the Queen give a speech and he looked at her like he was listening to a nut. That was funny. And Prince Charles might know about the theories of David Icke (HRH said “we’re not some alien from outer space”) ---

the poor horses have to get up and washed at 2 in the morning… to carry the crown to parlemnt. interesting they are using the same outfits for over 100 years. there were a few interesting tidbits.
